Can I use my own custom letters? I have my own dispute letters .

Absolutely YES! You can use your own custom letters. Please inform your account manager, and we'll review the letters. We'll then provide you with feedback on how we can integrate them into our current dispute process.

1. Give us access to your credit repair crm as we discuss the SOP for client onboarding.

2. You purchase processing credits depending on how many cleints you would like us to process.

How do you handle confidential information?

We take the protection of confidential information very seriously. All client information is managed with strict confidentiality and privacy standards. Access to client files and sensitive data is limited to authorized team members only. We only collect and use the information necessary to carry out your instructions and provide our services effectively. And our team is bound by strict non-disclosure agreements, ensuring they will not share any client information without your explicit consent.

Do you reach out to my clients?

We prioritize your relationship with your clients and understand how important it is for you to maintain that connection. First, we will not directly contact your clients without your explicit permission. In case we reach out to them, it will be under your company name and branding, and we will act as your representative or account managers working with you.

We will provide updates and follow-ups on your behalf, and all communication will be conducted professionally and according to SOP discussed during your onboarding call.

How do I monitor my client's progress?

Monitoring your client's progress is straightforward with our credit repair outsourcing services.

1. Using your Client CRM online portal - we update your cliints portal and provide notes every time we process a client file.

2. Using the Update Link we provide you during your onboarding call, the update link will have detailed notes and status of each client that is assigned to us.

Is there a minimum client required to start working with you?

Do you service outside of United States?
